News and Views on Health and Sustainability

May 2011

Greetings! As you’ve probably noticed, we’ve gone through a bit of a spring makeover around here. This is the first installment of our freshly revamped newsletter, complete with a new name, colors, images, content, and layout. Spring, after all, is the season for transformation. So—out with the old, in with the new. We hope you like what you see.

Within the virtual pages of GREENGUARD’s upgraded newsletter, you’ll find updates on key issues affecting the green building marketplace, the green products industry, the sustainable codes and standards community, and building occupant health. As always, we’ll have updates on various happenings here at GREENGUARD, as well as a special guest column for experts. A fresh menu bar at the top of the newsletter allows you to click and go directly to a particular section that interests you. And, we’ve put in some pizzazz with new visuals and interactive multimedia, including Facebook “like” buttons and Twitter “tweet this” tools after each article (just click “Read More” to access them).

Think the newsletter needs something else? We’re always open to suggestions, too; send us yours anytime.

One other thing worth noting: As part of our newsletter’s aesthetic makeover, we’ve also decided to limit how often we distribute it. Why? Because we know how overwhelming it can be to weed through a seemingly endless stream of e-mails in a given day—and because we know there are a lot of e-mails coming at you. So, instead of receiving a GREENGUARD newsletter every other month, you’ll now receive it once every quarter. We think you’ll like that. Quality over quantity, right?

Until August… Cheers!

Henning
