GREENGUARD is affiliated with, but not owned by, Air Quality Sciences, Inc. ("AQS"). AQS has notified GREENGUARD that AQS specifically disclaims any liability whatsoever for content that may be posted by GREENGUARD, whether obtained from AQS or other sources, unless such content is designated in writing by AQS as data furnished to GREENGUARD for dissemination to specific AQS customers in a manner that preserves the privacy and security of such information. Any liability arising in connection with dissemination of such customer information shall be governed by the agreement between AQS and its customer as well as these Terms and Conditions. No proprietary customer data of AQS is posted by GREENGUARD.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GREENGUARD with respect to your use of the Site.
